1. El Papagayo Vegan Tamale Workshop

Saturday, Dec. 8 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. 

Join us for a make-and-take vegan tamale-making workshop taught by the wonderful restauranteurs of

El Papagayo Mexican Restaurant in Carmichael. 

Price includes sampling of 4 different kinds of vegan tamales,

and you will make 6 authentic, vegan tamales to take home to share with family & friends!

Chef Raphael is planning yet another special vegan dinner for the Sacramento dining community, and will include recipes!

$30 per person includes dinner, drink, and recipes
