<p style="text-align: left;">In response to the <em>Challenge</em> participating chefs created original vegan offerings.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Restaurant patrons were asked to vote for their favorites dishes at the conclusion of their meal, or via our on-line survey.</p>
